Buying and selling meme tokens on FuelUp is easy and efficient. It helps users interact with meme tokens on the Fuel blockchain. Whether users want to invest in trending tokens or cash out their holdings, FuelUp provides a user-friendly interface and easy one-click transactions on the Fuel blockchain.
Users need to follow certain steps to buy a meme token on FuelUp. Following are the necessary steps users must follow when buying a meme token on FuelUp:
Users must ensure that their wallet (such as Fuel wallet, Fuelet wallet, or any other supported wallet) is connected to the FuelUp platform. Users can locate and click the 'Connect Wallet' button located at the top right corner of the page.
Users must ensure that they have sufficient ETH in their wallet to cover the token purchase and associated gas fees. Users can follow the steps described in the Getting Started section to top up their wallet with ETH token.
All the meme tokes created on FuelUp are listed on the homepage of the application. Users can select from the list of available meme tokens, on the FuelUp platform, in which they want to invest.
After selecting a token, users can click on the token card. It will redirect them to the meme token details page, where they can find all the details and trading history about that meme token on FuelUp.
In the same page, users can find a section on the right side of the page, where they can buy and sell the meme token. To buy a token, a user must select the "BUY" option from the tabs.
In the next step, users can choose the amount of tokens they want to buy. Input the desired amount of tokens you want to buy in the input field.
Users can choose between the ETH value or the token amount when buying a mem token. If users choose to use the ETH value, they will get tokens worth the entered ETH amount. If they choose to use a token amount, the user has to pay ETH value costing to the entered amount of the token, considering the current bonding curve price.
After entering the amount of tokens to buy, users can click on the place trade button just below the input field. This will initiate a transaction on the Fuel blockchain.
Review the token amount and transaction details carefully. If all looks good, approve the transaction in your wallet to complete the purchase.
Once the transaction is approved by the user, the purchased tokens will be added to the user's connected wallet. This will complete the purchase of the token on FuelUp.
Once the purchase is completed, users can see their transaction details in the "Trades" table below on the token details page.
Users can also track their holdings by visiting their profile on the FuelUp application.
NOTE -
Before selecting a token to sell, users must ensure that they hold some amount of tokens they are selecting. A user can be able to sell a token if and only if they are holding some amount of token they want to sell in their connected wallet.
After selecting the meme token to sell on FuelUp, users can follow the following steps to successfully sell their token -
In the token details page, users can find a section on the right side of the page, where they can sell the meme token. To sell a token, a user must select the "SELL" option from the tabs.
In the next step, users can choose the amount of tokens they want to sell. Input the desired amount of tokens you want to sell in the input field.
Users can choose between the ETH value or the token amount when selling a mem token. If users choose to use the ETH value, the user must ensure their connected wallet holds the amount of selected meme tokens worth the entered ETH amount, considering the current bonding curve price.
If they choose to use a token amount, the user must ensure their connected wallet holds at least the amount of meme tokens that they entered, considering the current bonding curve price.
After entering the amount of tokens to sell, users can click on the place trade button just below the input field. This will initiate a transaction on the Fuel blockchain.
Review the token amount and transaction details carefully. If all looks good, approve the transaction in your wallet to complete the purchase.
Once the transaction is approved by the user, the sold tokens will be deducted from the user's connected wallet and added to the bonding curve. The sold amount of the token will now be available for trade to users on the FuelUp.
Once the transaction is completed, users can see their transaction details in the "Trades" table below on the token details page.
